My major motivation is to empower and support children and youth going through different stages of development. Children and youth are tomorrow's society and future leaders. Therefore it is important to guide them along the way through challenges, crisis and phases of extreme self-doubts or self-destruction. Lots of kids and young adults do not get enough emotional support, nor do they have enough resources to handle certain situations by themselves. With much optimism, passion and creativity I hope to inspire them. I enjoy helping young people discovering their own potential by showing them new perspectives and options and to motivate, empower and guide them. My high level of empathy, sensitivity and intuition helps me to understand where they are coming from. It is a process of creative improvisation and flowing with what is. My goal is to find ways to increase their level of resiliency. Any forms of rituals, activities and creativity which gives space to self-reflection, support this process.
