ILP Coaching is for individuals and couples who are ready to let go of old belief patterns and open for new perspectives and ways of dealing with challenges they are facing. ILP sessions consist of four effective coaching methods:

  • Solution focused brief therapy: A goal and solution directed approach that focuses on client's resources and capabilities.
  • Neuro-linguistic programming NLP: This approach identifies and changes limiting solution and belief patterns from childhood in order to achieve specific goals in life.
  • Systemic Therapy: It helps improving emotional interpersonal relationships and life situations on a subtle energetic level.
  • Autonomy Training: Through self-perception of behavior and thinking, this method designs self-development training programs to be implemented on daily basis.
